It’s a pleasure to welcome you to my new blog. I would love to tell you about some exciting things that God has been doing in my life.
In September 2015 I went on the World Race, an 11 month mission trip to 11 countries. It was an incredible experience that shaped the woman I am today. As you can imagine, it completely changed my life…in more ways than I realized.
After being home for just over a year, the Lord has called me to move to Gainesville, GA to work at Adventures in Missions – the very organization He used to change my life.
I have the privilege of working in the Admissions department as an Admissions Advisor. I get to help future World Race, World Race Gap Year, and Passport participants prepare administratively, emotionally, and spiritually to head out to the nations as missionaries for the Kingdom of God. It is truly an honor to be called by God to equip the next generation of world changers to do the thing He has called them to do.
I believe we each play our own role in the work God is doing around the world. For some, that means physically going to other countries and preaching the Gospel. For others it means being a missionary in their work place. For me, it means moving to Georgia and obeying the call to equip other missionaries to start their journey with the Lord in other parts of the world.
The best part is that you get to play a role as well. As part of my call to work at Adventures in Missions, I am asked to raise 25% of my salary. I would be honored if you would consider partnering with me as a monthly financial donor. My fundraising goal is $6,000 a year, which comes out to just $500 a month. If 5 people committed to giving $100 a month, or 10 people committed to giving $50 a month, I would be fully funded.

I know it’s a little unconventional…supporting a missionary who isn’t leaving the United States. But as I said before, we each have our own role that we get to play in the Kingdom of God. Mine is in Georgia.
